Todd's four-year project, 'Project Piercing Glimpse, ' assessed Main Street leaders' readiness as we embark on the most extensive technological transition in history. His journey concluded that America has a leadership crisis as our local leaders have not adequately prepared their community for what comes next: hyper-innovation.
REPEATING HISTORY
Main Street will repeat history by reinventing itself to thrive in our new economy. A new generation of leaders will bring our shared core values into a brave new world of flying cars, space travel, advanced AI, quantum computing, spatial computing, new learning models, and new types of jobs.
EDUCATIONAL AND TECHNOLOGY GAPS
Our new generation of leaders will rethink learning as a lifelong experience. Future students will never again depend on education based on where they physically live.
